sCMOS Scientific Cameras for Demanding Imaging Environments

From the World Leader in CCD Imaging

1600s

for quantitative measurements
Picture
The 1600s is built to perform when radiation tolerance is mandatory due to the harsh environment of the application.  The 1600S accommodates a variety of large area, large pixel sCMOS sensors that are thermoelectrically (TE) cooled to reduce dark current.
  • Radiation tolerant camera platform
  • 4MP up to 64MP front- and back-illuminated, high Q.E. sCMOS sensor options (6.5µ to 9µ square pixels)
  • Custom designs for OEM applications
  • Sensitive to visible, UV, X-ray and electrons
  • Fast electronic shuttering, moderate readout speed, low read noise
  • Configurations include optical windows and fiber optic tapers or faceplates
  • Sensor options available to address the discontinued KAF16801 4K x 4K CCD sensor

RVT100

for qualitative monitoring
Picture
The RVT100 is a robust machine vision CMOS camera, specifically engineered for monitoring in harsh environments where imaging systems must be radiation tolerant and vacuum compatible.

  • Excellent imaging platform for monitoring in high-radiation application environments to 50 kRad total ionizing dose (TID)
  • Vacuum Compatible
  • 2MP or 4MP sensor options (5.5µ square pixels)
  • Available options to extend sensitivity into the far UV and soft X-ray
  • Standard or “thick” epitaxy option, which improves QE in near IR
  • Monochrome or color, micro lenses or no micro lenses
  • Utilizing Gigabit Ethernet control with new HTTP Server, easy extension to existing SI Image software
